We grow 2000 +/- square feet of vegetables, fruits, herbs, and flowers in several large garden areas. We use only organic growing methods and 95% of our seeds are organic (the few that are not are seeds from family farms that, though not certified organic, do not use chemical fertilizers or pesticides in their growing practices).
